BOOKING, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY.

PRICES:

All rates are quoted Gross, including VAT of 14% where applicable and are subject to change without prior notice.

Rates are quoted per person per night and include accommodation and housekeeping.

Rates do not include telephone or gratuity towards staff.

A minimum of 3 nights must be booked during high season.

NYALA ROOM sleeps 2.

THE COTTAGE sleeps 4 (plus a sleeper couch in the lounge).

CHILDREN are welcome in the NYALA ROOM and in THE COTTAGE at EWANRIGG.

GAME DRIVES are available at an extra cost per person.

PAYMENT:

50% of payment required on confirmation of booking.

Full pre-payment required 20 days prior to arrival.Please ensure that full pre-payment has been made prior to your arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

25% of fee retained if cancelled less than 20 days prior to arrival.

50% of fee retianed if cancelled less than 10 days prior to arrival.

100% of fee retained if cancelled less than 5 days prior to arrival.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:

Rooms may be occupied from 14h00 on the day of arrival. This will allow for an afternoon game drive. Rooms must be vacated by 10h00 on the day of departure for the convenience of arriving guests.
